CCTV Systems
INCITE is a certified and Authorised Avigilon Partner. Avigilon systems are designed specifically for each client and includes features such as Intelligent Bandwith Management, Failover recording, and Analytics such as appearance search, unusual activity detection, face recognition and third party system high level integration.
Our team of Technicians are fully trained and qualified in the use of specialist software, Avigilon Control Centre. This software requires high level integration and specialist training to manage and maintain the CCTV systems correctly.
City of Greater Geraldton CCTV VMS Replacement, Analytics, AI, Maintenance and Support. Supply, prepare, install, configure, maintain and support compatible CCTV Server(s) and Storage for 241 Cameras. Supply, prepare, install, configure, maintain and support compatible CCTV Video Management software and required licenses (system and unlimited user access licenses). Supply, prepare, install, configure, maintain and support compatible CCTV Analytics and Artificial Intelligence (AI) capability (Hardware and software), initially for up to 30 cameras. Provide ongoing maintenance and support of CCTV infrastructure including but not limited to, Adhoc cleaning of camera lenses, adding/moving/retiring cameras, infrastructure improvements and upgrades, licensing additions and renewals. Provide initial and ongoing training for City staff (VMS and Analytics/AI) and Geraldton and Mullewa Police (Analytics/AI). Initial CCTV storage must allow for 30 days of continuous storage of footage at current CCTV camera stream specifications.
WAPOL Avigilon CCTV System – Geraldton Police Station redevelopment. Included the supply, install, program, test & commission new CCTV and Audio Recording. The CCTV System included 80+ cameras, 6 Avigilon Workstations & 16 Viewing Monitors installed throughout the station across 3 x Avigilon CCTV Servers utilizing a new fiber backbone installed by Incite Security. The new Avigilon CCTV system was integrated with the new Inner Range Security & Access Control System to allow for bi-directional communication and alarm reporting. We have recently expanded this system and upgraded the Avigilon ACC Software to the latest version ACC 6. The tender design for the CCTV system was not complaint for networking standards and a redesign by Incite management (including a new fibre network) delivered a fully operational and reliable CCTV system.
Denham Police Station Redevelopment included the supply, install, program, test & commission new CCTV and Audio Recording. The CCTV System included 12 cameras, 2 Avigilon Workstations & 7 Viewing Monitors installed throughout the station on 1 Avigilon CCTV Server. The new Avigilon CCTV system was integrated with the new Inner Range Security & Access Control System to allow for bi-directional communication and alarm reporting. This project had a short window to complete the works as it was an operational site and this was achieved by in house pre-configuration, programming and testing before dispatch to site.
Dongara Police Station Redevelopment included the supply, install, program, test & commission new CCTV and Audio Recording. The CCTV System included 12 cameras, 2 Avigilon Workstations & 5 Viewing Monitors installed throughout the station on 1 Avigilon CCTV Server. The new Avigilon CCTV system was integrated with the new Inner Range Security & Access Control System to allow for bi-directional communication, alarm reporting & management of both systems from the one central Software Management Platform. This project had a short window to complete the works as it was an operational site, and this was achieved by in house pre-configuration, programming and testing before dispatch to site.

These technicians have been able to design, commission, test Public Address & Hearing Augmentation Systems to the highest level using our in-house audio testing equipment.
